With the purchase of the "Level Up" or "Hakuna Matata" plan, we will integrate ActiveCampaign or ConvertKit into your site.

This will include up to 3 hours of development of any mix of the following:

• Implementing forms into your website using a builder (such as Elementor or Bloom)
• Implementing one of the ActiveCampaign or ConvertKit official forms
• Implementing the ActiveCampaign or ConvertKit WordPress plugins

This does not include custom built integrations.

Setup is only available for WP Rocket (our personal fav), WP Fastest Cache, W3 Total Cache, or Hummingbird. The paid version of any plugin is not included with this service.

SEO is incredibly important for success but your time is valuable too. Don't waste your time Googling what everything means and then try to figure out which setting is best.

We will configure the free version of Yoast SEO to suit your website and your needs.

Image optimization is incredibly important and often overlooked. We recommend image files be 150kb or less. However, most people upload HUGE images.

Therefore, EWWW Image Optimizer will be installed and configured on your website.

Once installed you will have access to optimize an unlimited number of images every month.

EWWW Image Optimizer will be disabled upon cancellation.

Most people have no idea what is going on "under the hood" of their website.

Many websites are throwing errors and warnings with every page visited. These can often break functionality and create a bad user experience.

Therefore, we will install and configure error tracking/logging software. This will give you valuable insight into if or what errors your website is throwing.

You can even use your monthly development requests to fix them, if they can be fixed in 30 minutes or less.

Error tracking/logging will be disabled at the end of your service period.

24/7 support can be very costly and provide minimal benefit to most individuals. Therefore, to keep our costs low (and in turn save you money) we do not currently offer 24/7 support.

We actively provide support between 9am-5pm ET, Monday-Friday. Though you can often find us providing assistance earlier and later in the day (at no extra cost 😁).

Weekend support is available for emergencies, such as a site outage. Please ensure you are using the "Urgent" priority level when submitting a ticket.

If for any reason our support team does not feel the issue is an emergency, they will let you know.

Unfortunately, no. Ecommerce/WooCommerce sites are much more complicated than a traditional website or blog.
