Our Shop with Confidence policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund.
If you are unhappy within the first 30 days, please let us know so we can see how we can meet your needs better.
If you continue to be unsatisfied within the first 30 days, please notify us and we will process a full refund of your initial purchase price.
Refunds
We offer a 30 days money back guarantee should you be unhappy with the Service or product. To request a refund please contact support at support@jspagency.com.
The 30 days refund period only applies to your first subscription and cannot be used more than once.
All premium themes and plugins will be deactivated and removed upon cancellation and refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
